 William Pettaway II is a modern-day Renaissance Man with over 35 years of diverse experience spanning hospitality, real estate, mortgage, sales and marketing, design, art, management, and fashion runway modeling.

His professional journey began in Northern California’s Silicon Valley, where he worked as an electro-mechanical design draftsman prior to college. During his college years, William served as President of his campus chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., demonstrating early leadership. Following college, he embarked on an impressive 180-city tour as a runway model with the renowned Ebony Fashion Fair of Chicago.

William’s post-college career took off in sales and marketing, starting as a Season Ticket and Luxury Suite Account Executive with the Golden State Warriors. He has since held prominent roles with companies including UPS, W.W. Grainger, Wyndham Worldwide, Greenspun Media Group (publisher of Vegas Magazine), EPIQUE Realty and most recently, Movement Mortgage.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Mary’s College 

of California. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Mortgage Broker in California and Nevada respectively. He completed coursework in the Art of Concierge at the International 

School of Hospitality in Las Vegas, Nevada.

 Sheraina Valzora is a seasoned communicator, facilitator, 

and strategist. With over 25 years of experience in branding, marketing, production, strategic communications, and operational improvement, she has worked across hospitality, entertainment, commercial real estate, and emerging technology, focusing on building ecosystems that foster business growth and long-term regional development.

Sheraina’s career began in market research for Fortune 500 companies and expanded to roles in music industry marketing, tourism, and consumer engagement. At MGM Resorts International, she helped bridge brand, cause, and community, contributing to award-winning results. She later supported the rebranding of Caesars Entertainment and became a Blockchain Council Certified Web3 Expert, specializing in blockchain technology for operational efficiency, monetization, and asset protection.

As the founder of THE GLADHAUS CO., Sheraina focuses on impact-driven storytelling and building integrated ecosystems for entertainment professionals and the creator economy. Most recently, she served as Director of Membership and Marketing for NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and as Head of Marketing-Communications for a North American resort developer, where she led campaigns that boosted occupancy and strengthened owner satisfaction across 35+ properties.

Sheraina played a key role in the development of national business incubators supporting women-owned enterprises and now brings her diverse expertise to lead the South Vegas Chamber of Commerce as Co-Founder and CEO, driving growth and innovation in the region, which is quickly becoming known as Hollywood 2.0.
